This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. B P Poddar Hospital & Medical Research Limited shall not be liable for:
    • – Any transaction that does not complete successfully.
    • – Any failure on the part of the bank, credit card, third-party site, or payment gateway to fulfill any of their obligations.
    • – Any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • 1.This cancellation and refund policy applies to all online payments made through the website for booking appointments.
  • 2. If a cancellation is initiated by the end-user no refund will be provided to the end user.
  • 3. If a cancellation is initiated by the hospital due to the unavailability of the doctor 100% of the consultation fees will be refunded to the end user.
  • 4. Refunds will be processed via the same payment source and will be subject to the payment and refund terms of the source. The refunded amount will be credited within 4-7 business days.
