The Clinical Research Dept of B P Poddar Hospital & Medical Research Ltd was founded in the year 2007 & since then the department has very good infrastructure which essentially required for conducting of clinical trials as per ICH-GCP & other national & international guidelines.

The primary responsibility of our physician is to improve patient outcomes & conducting research, in addition to providing clinical care, it is of the important steps to improve patient outcomes. Hence we are encouraging our patients for voluntary participation in the clinical trials.

Millions of patients in India suffer from diseases for which there is no cure, or they have stopped responding to medical treatment and need improved therapies.

The main objective is to develop the medical science & new drug development to fulfill the unmet need of Indian patient population by our experienced & dedicated  Investigators & study team.

We have done close to 100 studies since inception, mainly global & national Phase II, III & IV studies after obtaining valid approval & continuous review by our Institutional Ethics Committee which has been approved by CDSCO & all the Clinical trial data have been published in national & international journals.
